This campaign highlighted two differing campaign and content strategies on the one product launch, producing content to reach both B2B and B2C channels. It was not only twice the amount of content to operate, but required additional quality assurance to ensure accuracy per audience.
Introducing new elements of a vibrant color palette, assets, and imagery style sparked excitement, engagement, and conversation with our partnering skincare professionals. We gained valuable insights in social media, content created intentionally to gain results in short-form video content, which incorporated this medium in all future content.
I learned while we focused on producing promotional content, we missed elements of storytelling. Although this launch was intended to be majority product promotional, this drift created a sense of inconsistency with our branding as a whole. It was meaningful to reflect that we need to create space to facilitate a full circle moment, that would honor all pillars of branding and business model to come forward in content production.
